About Me

It all started when...

Allison decided to take a passion for design and creating "stuff" into a business.  From hand made clothes, to new cocktail concoctions, to framed artwork and now cakes and desserts, Allison likes to express her creativity in many ways.  Cakes and desserts are a great way to combine her passion for aesthetics and flavor!  Known for her attention to detail, she is always looking for new techniques and designs that are both challenging and stunning.

Although she has been making cakes for many years, in 2017 Allison opened Lake Tahoe Cakes to share her designs with brides, loved ones and friends!

When she is not baking, Allison and her husband are travel enthusiasts who enjoy photography and finding new and exciting cuisines around the world.
